How Do I Apply the Fade in or Fade Out Effect to a Video?

1. Open Your Presentation

Open your presentation in the hiCreo.ai editor.

2. Select the Slide

Choose the slide where the video file is located.

3. Access the Video Settings

Double-click on the existing video file or player or click on it and then select “Edit” from the bubble menu to open the editor tool.

4. Select the Video Track

Click on the video track in the timeline to select it.

5. Mark the Fade In or Fade Out Area

In the timeline, hold down your right mouse button and drag to highlight the portion of the video where you want to apply the fade in or fade out effect. Release the mouse button when you reach the end of the desired timeframe.

6. Apply the Fade In or Fade Out Effect

Click the “Fade In” or “Fade Out” button. Note that these effects can only be applied to the beginning or end of the video.

7. Check Your Work

Press “Enter” on your keyboard or click the play button in the preview to review the applied effect.
