Closed captions can be applied to both audio files and videos with audio.
1. Open Your Presentation
Open your presentation in the hiCreo.ai editor.

2. Select the Slide
Choose the slide where the audio file or video with audio is located.

3. Access the Caption Settings
Click on the audio or video file, then select “Caption” from the bubble menu to open the “Caption Editor” tool.

4. Insert the Caption
In the caption layer of the timeline, click on the caption input box and paste or type your caption text.

5. Adjust Caption Timing
Drag the ends of the caption box to align the timing of the caption with the audio.

6. Consider Splitting Long Audio Tracks
If the caption is too long, consider cutting the audio track into smaller sections to better manage the timing of the captions.
